Property Management Supervisor – Part Time

Main Responsibilities

Ensure accommodation is cleaned, stocked, and ready for guest stays.

Act as the main point of contact from guest arrival until departure.

Coordinate with the MyRehat team to gather information for upcoming guest needs and wants.

Welcome arriving guests via messaging or in-person at the accommodation venue.

Conduct property audits every two weeks to ensure optimal condition (e.g., aircon servicing, unit checks, repairs).

Attend operational meetings as necessary.

Communicate all maintenance requests and ensure resolution for on-site guests.

Gather and memorialize data from groups, including requests and preferences.

Build, compile, and track guest profiles to ensure return guest satisfaction.

Perform property tours as required.

Mediate guest complaints and relay information for resolution.

Accommodate guest needs as requested.

Perform any other job duties as assigned.

– Must have a motorcycle

– Willing to work at any time when tasks given ( Including Saturdays and Sundays )

– Living in Kuala Lumpur ( must be in office )

-Motorbike Allowance
